In home PT assessment. A detailed history taking to get a better understanding of current condition, your pain, lifestyle , habits , preferences. A detailed movement, strength, pain , functional assessment from my side will help in coming to a perfect plan of care for you. We will discuss your PT goals, your health and fitness goals. We will discuss actionable steps to take for any or all modification in environment , gears, movement, habits etc . We will initiate your therapy this session so you get a feel of the beginning of a fabulous journey towards your goals.
